Jane’s White Bread

5 cups milk  (powdered) scalded
2 cubes butter, melted
2-3 T. yeast dissolved in ½ cup water
½ cup honey or sugar
2 T. salt
2 eggs
8-10 cups flour  ( 2 cups whole wheat flour)

Throw everything into Bosch-knead 10 minutes.  Let raise 1 hour or until doubled, punch down.  Raise 40 minutes, punch down.  Raise 20 minutes, punch down.  Raise another 20 minutes, punch down.  Put in 6 medium pan.  Raise until ready.  Bake 10 minutes at 425, reduce heat to 350 and bake 25 minutes.  ( I bake it for 35 minutes at 350.
