White Bread

White Bread (1)

5 c. milk (powdered)   scald
1 cup butter, melted
3 T. yeast in 1/2 cup water
1/2 cups honey or sugar
2 T. salt
2 eggs
8-16 cups flour   (including 2 cups whole wheat flour)

Mix, let raise 1 hour or until double, punch down, raise 40 minutes, punch down, then raise 20 minutes twice, punch down in between.  Put in 6 medium pans.  Raise until ready.  Bake 10 minutes at 425 or just a little cooler, then 25 minutes as 350.
