Whole Wheat Bread

5 c. warm water
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup oil
3 T dry yeast dissolved in ½ cup warm water
2 T. salt
12-15 cups whole wheat flour

Pour water into mixer, add honey, oil and salt. Mix lightly, stop machine. Add 5-6 cups flour. Mix until batter is smooth, just a couple of minutes. Add dissolved yeast. Add remaining flour, enough that the batter comes clean from the sides of the mixer bowl. Knead 10 minutes on low speed. Place dough in a large bowl to rise. Let dough rise until double about 45 minutes. Put into pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
