Eggs and Sauce

Hard Boil 2-3 eggs

Melt in saucepan over low heat

            2 T butter

Stir in

            2 T flour

(use a whisk if possible, make sure no lumps)


Cook on medium high heat until bubbly, about 1 minute

(stir fast so it doesn’t burn)


            1 ½ cups milk

Bring to a boil, (can use high heat, once it starts to boil turn down heat to medium high)

Boil 1 minute-it will be thick.  If too thick add more milk

Add a little salt and pepper

Grate or chop eggs, add to sauce
