Swedish Pancakes

Swedish Pancakes

1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 well-beaten eggs
3 cups milk
3 Tbs. Butter, melted

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, sugar and beat slightly.  Add flour, mix.  Stir in melted butter.  Heat frying pan on medium heat, grease with butter.  Pour ¼ to ½ cup batter into pan.  Swirl batter around.  Cook until batter is no longer moist, turn Swedish.  Cook briefly on second side.
