Bavarian Mint Truffles Stanna Dapper

1 to 1 ½  pounds milk chocolate, melted- must be quite warm 
½ pint whipping cream, scalded and cooled –add gradually to chocolate while beating
3 or 4 drops oil of peppermint

Beat all together 2 minutes-let cool in refrigerator 20 minutes.  Then rebeat.  Pour into plastic lined pan (saran wrap,etc.)  Chill-cut into squares.  May be dipped in chocolate-rolled in cocoa, etc.
