Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Process oats in a food processor until finely ground. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips. Shape cookie dough into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° convection oven or 375° traditional bake for 8 to 10 minutes to until lightly browned. Cool slightly on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely. |
