Add melted chocolate, egg, corn syrup, and flavorings; beat well. Combine flour, soda, and salt; stir into chocolate mixture. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, and roll in 1/3 cup sugar; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. |
