Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt, beating until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in Cinnamon-Sugar Coating, covering completely. Place 2 ½ inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Remove cookies from baking sheets; cool on racks.
