Chicken Fajitas

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup water
1 pkg. fajitas seasoning mix
2 T. salad oil
2 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced in strips
1 red pepper, sliced in strips
12 four tortillas
Sour cream
Salsa
Guacamole
Fresh lime

Remove skin from chicken breasts; cut breasts into strips.  Marinate strips in 1 cup water and the fajitas seasoning mix for two hours.  Heat oil in heavy saucepan and sauté onions and green and red peppers till tender crisp.  Remove vegetables from pan and add chicken strips, reserving marinade.  Sauté chicken till light brown.  Add leftover marinade and simmer for five minutes.  Return vegetables to pan and heat to mingle flavors.  Spoon mixture onto warm tortillas.  Fold over and garnish with sour cream salsa, guacamole, and slice of fresh lime.  Makes 6 servings.
