                Medicine Lake Glazed Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops - 1 inch thick

Put a small amount of oil in a heavy frying pan, a cast iron pan that has a lid is good

Heat the oil over medium-high heat.  Make sure it is hot.
Place the pork chops in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.

Remove the pork chops from the pan, set aside while you make the glaze.

Keep all of the left over juices from the pork chops in the pan because they will compliment the sauce.

Add to the left over juices in the pan
½ cup pineapple juice
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. butter
A little salt and pepper
Pinch of cinnamon

Stir the mixture and cook to reduce by half (around 2 minutes)

Return the pork chops to the pan, turning over to coat with the glaze.

Cover with a lid or foil.
