Carrot-Raisin Salad

            Carrot-Raisin Salad

¾ pound carrots, scraped and shredded
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup mayonnaise
1 ½ T cider vinegar
1 T sugar
1/8 tsp lemon juice

Combine carrot, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl.  Combine mayonnaise and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well; add to carrot mixture.  Toss gently.  Cover and chill.  Yield:  4 servings.
