Poppyseed Dressing


1/2 C sugar
1/3 C cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow mustard seed
1 tbsp
onion powder
1 cup canola oil

1 medium kiwi, peeled
1 tbsp poppy seed


In food processor mix sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seed, onion powder.Gradually add oil in steady stream. Add kiwi fruit to thicken. Fold in poppy seed.
makes 25 servings (1 tablespoon)
