Sweet Pasta Salad

            Sweet Pasta Salad

1 pound rotini pasta
3 carrots, shredded
½ green pepper, chopped
½ red pepper, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 small cans sliced olives, drained
1 cup Cheddar cheese, diced
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In large bowl, combine pasta, carrot, green pepper, red pepper, onion, olives and Cheddar cheese.  In medium bowl, combine vinegar, condensed milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.  Toss salad with dressing and chill 4 hours in refrigerator before serving.
