            Cordon Bleu Croissants

2 (6 oz) packages frozen large croissants

2 ½ T prepared horseradish

8 thin slices cooked ham

8 thin slices cooked chicken breast

8 slices Swiss cheese

Split each croissant in half; spread bottom of croissants evenly with horseradish.  Layer 1 slice each of ham, chicken, and Swiss cheese over horseradish.  Cover with croissant tops.  Place croissant sandwiches on a large baking sheet.  Bake at 325° for 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.  Yield:  8 servings.
