Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 ½ cups uncooked regular oats 2 cups chocolate chips Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until yellow disappears after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Bake at 350° convection for 8-9 minutes. Yield: about 5 dozen |
