Pineapple Cheese Ball

Pineapple-Cheese Ball

2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese

1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

¼ cup finely chopped green pepper

2 T chopped onion

1 tsp seasoned salt

1 cup chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, and salt; mix well.  Chill; shape into a 4-inch ball, and roll in pecans.  Yield: about 2 ½ cups.
