Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 cups sugar

1 cup melted butter

4 eggs, beaten

1 can (16 oz) pumpkin

3 ½ cups flour

2 tsp soda

2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp allspice

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp cloves

2/3 cup water

2+ cups of chocolate chips.  (Rachel says you can never have too many!)

    Cream sugar and butter together, add eggs and pumpkin; mix well.  Add dry ingredients

alternately with water.  Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

Pour into 4 well greased and lined with wax paper or parchment paper, medium size bread pans. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Remove when cool.
