French Toast

French toast 

 In a shallow bowl beat:

            2 eggs

            1 T milk

            1/8 tsp salt

            ½ tsp sugar

¼ tsp cinnamon          

Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides

 Have the pan heated on medium high while you are getting the egg mixture ready, melt a little butter in the pan

 Cook bread in pan, turning as needed
