Apple Crisp

10 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced about 5-6 large

1 cup white sugar

1 T flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 ½ cups quick-cooking oatmeal

1 ½ cups flour

1 ½ cup packed brown sugar

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¾ cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix the white sugar, 1 T flour and ground cinnamon together and toss with the apples.

Place the apples in a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Combine the oatmeal, 1 ½ cups flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together.  Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.

Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
