Festive Guacamole Dip
4-5 large ripe avocados
6 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. cayenne
2 drops Tabasco
1 T. Worcestershire
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 cup each Cheddar and jack cheese, grated
1 large purple onion, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, diced
Combine first 7 ingredients. Mash well. Spread on a 14” plate. Add in layers: olives, jack cheese, onions, tomatoes, and Cheddar cheese.
Guacamole

3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup chopped scallions (including tender tops)
3 t. chopped cilantro
1 medium serrano or other hot chili, trimmed, seeded, finely chopped
2 T. lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp salt
