Beef Enchiladas Susie Reyes
Chile Sauce
1 ¾ cup water
3 T chili powder
3 T paprika
2 T. flour
1 pkg. tortillas (thawed)
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 cups shredded cheese
2 lbs. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
To make sauce, heat water to boiling, thicken slightly with flour and spices. Keep sauce hot. Dip tortillas, one at a time in the sauce. Remove tortilla to a plate, place mixture of onion, hamburger and cheese in the center of tortilla, roll. Place rolled enchiladas in shallow baking dish, pour over 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
