Sweet and Sour Chicken Linda Smith
4 whole shicken breasts, split
4 whole chicken legs
1 18 oz. jar apricot preserves
1 8 oz. bottle Russian or Catalina dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken pieces in a large shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over to coat all of chicken. Bake, uncovered, 1 ¼ hours.
