Cranberry Salad

1 large cherry jello
2 cups hot water
1 can whole canned cranberries
Mix well into dissolved jello
1 large can drained crushed pineapple
1 apple with skin- grated
1 cup nuts
Topping
2 cups whipped cream with 2 T powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Beat cream cheese, then fold in whipped cream
