                Crunchy Pecan Chicken

1 cup biscuit mix

½ cup finely chopped pecans

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp Creole seasoning

4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves

½ cup buttermilk

½ cup butter, melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.  Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in pecan mixture.  Place chicken in an ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.  Drizzle butter over chicken.  Bake, uncovered at 350° for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.  Yield: 4 servings.
