Chicken Salad Sandwich Filling

4 cups. cooked chicken cubed – 6 breasts
Add:
2 Tbs. Salad oil
2 Tbs. Orange Juice
2 Tbs. Cidar Vinegar
1 Tsp. Salt
Add:
4 cups. celery diced
1 cup water chestnuts
1 cup cashews
1 tsp. chopped onion
2 cups mayonnaise
½ lb. red grapes
Serve on cantaloupe, crossants, lettuce
