Strawberry Layer Cake or Chocolate Layer Cake with Raspberry

1 pkg Betty Crocker Golden vanilla cake mix   ( or vanilla bean)

1 pkg instant jello white chocolate pudding mix

1 cup sour cream

4 eggs

½ c butter

½ c water

Beat ingredients 2 minutes.

Bake in 3 10-inch round pans

Bake 20 minutes at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool 10 minutes, put on a rack to cool

Cream

1 pkg instant Jello white chocoate pudding mix

1 cup milk

2 cups whipping cream-add a little sugar

Mix Jello and milk, refrigerate until firm.

Whip cream, fold into pudding cream and refrigerate

4 cups sliced strawberries

Assemble

1 cold cake layer on a cake plate

Cover with 1/3 cream mixture

Cover cream with ½ of the strawberries

Repeat

Cover with last 1/3 of cream, decorate with whole strawberries

Can make as trifle by breaking up cake and laying in a clear bowl.  If making as trifle double the amount of cream when making it.
