Texas Sheet Cake

In a large bowl, combine:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

½ tsp salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

Bring to a boil, add immediately to flour mixture, mixing well:

1 cup butter

1 cup water

1/3 cup cocoa

Add to above mixture, stir well:

½ cup sour cream

2 eggs

½ tsp soda

1 tsp vanilla

Pour into a greased and floured 17 x 12 inch pan.  Bake at 350 for 22 minutes. 

Make Fudge Frosting

            Fudge Frosting

Heat until butter melts, let cool:

6 T light cream

1/3 cup cocoa

½ cup butter

Add to above mixture, heat until smooth:

2 ½ cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Frost warm cake.
