Chicken Casserole

            Stove Top Stuffing Casserole

1 chicken, cooked and deboned

Parboil

    2 cups chopped carrots

    2 cups chopped celery

    1 cup chopped onion

Shred mozzarella and cheddar cheese-1 cup each

Mix with

    1 can cream of chicken soup

    1 cup sour cream

    2/3 cups milk

Mix chicken, vegetables and cheese/soup mixture together.  Prepare Stovetop stuffing according to directions on box.  Take about 2/3 and put in bottom of 13X9 pan.  Spread mixture over, sprinkle with remaining Stovetop.  Heat in oven about 325, 45 minutes to and hour.
