Soy-Lime Grilled Chicken Breasts
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup lime juice
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. honey
1 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
1 large clove garlic, crushed
Place the chicken breasts in an 11x 7x 1 ½ inch baking dish. Combine soy sauce and next 6 ingredients; stir well. P{our over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain chicken breasts, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small saucepan, bring to a boil. Grill chicken breasts or in broiler of oven, 8 minutes on each side or until done, basting often with marinade.
