Laura’s Baked Beans
12 oz. bacon, fried until crisp and crumble, set aside
1 large onion, chopped
4 (15-oz) cans Bush’s baked beans
4 (15-oz) cans pork and beans or pinto beans-drain
1 jar barbecue sauce
¼ cup molasses
3 T liquid smoke
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a all Dutch oven. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Put crumbled bacon on top.
