Pineapple and Cheese Salad
2 small pkg lemon jello
1 c. cold water
1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c. sugar
2 c. whipped cream
Juice of 2 lemons
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Soak jello in cold water. Boil pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Pour over soaked jello. Set to cool. When it thickens, add cheese and whipped cream.
