                Porcupine Meatballs

1 pound ground beef

1/3 cup uncooked rice

¼ cup chopped onion

¼ cup water

1 tsp salt

Dash pepper

1 can (10 ½ oz) condensed tomato soup

½ tsp chili powder

½ cup water

    Combine beef, rice, onion, water, salt and pepper.  Shape into about 15 one-inch balls.  Blend soup and chili powder; stir in ½ cup water; bring to boil, and add meatballs.  Cover and simmer gently for one hour, stirring occasionally.  Makes about 6 servings.
