The Original Chocolate Pudding

1 oz unsweetened chocolate square

½ cup sugar

1 ¾ cups milk

1/8 tsp salt

Heat these ingredients to the boiling point.

Dissolve:

3 T. cornstarch

in:

¼ cups milk

Stir the cornstarch slowly into the hot milk mixture. Cook until it comes to a boil. Stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
