Chicken Waldorf Salad
2 cups cooked chicken
2 medium apples, cubed
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup red grapes, cut in half
1/3 cup slivered almonds or pine nuts
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
2 cups cooked bow tie pasta
Marie’s poppy seed salad dressing
Lettuce leaves
Toss the first 7 ingredients. Add salad dressing according to your taste. Serve on lettuce leaves.
