6-8 cooked carrots, slice or chunk
¼ c carrot juice
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
½ c. mayonnaise
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Place in shallow ungreased dish. Pour sauce made by carrot juice, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Top with ¼ c. bread crumbs or crackers with 1 T. melted butter. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
